Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Now it's all about the chocolate, the red roses, the love hearts, the sweet sugary snacks, cakes lovebirds share...
I am so excited!! I have so many cool ideas for this month that i,d like to share.
We all love chocolate..these moist cupcakes are just perfect! The golden syrup makes them moist.
baking time: 15-20 mins
makes about 16 cupcakes

What I Used
- 175 g/6 oz self-raising flour
- 175 g/6 oz margarine/unsalted butter
- 175 g/6 oz sugar
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 150 ml milk
- cupcake cases
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius(350 degrees Fahrenheit/ gas mark 4).
- Assemble an measure all the required ingredients.
- In a large bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs,
- golden syrup
- and milk.
- then whisk together
- Add in the dry ingredients.
- Fold in using a wooden spoon and be careful not to overfold.
- Place the cupcake paper cases into the holes in the cupcake trays and start putting the cake mixture into them.
- half fill them with the cake mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until ready.
