π Before You Order That Cake..
I personally didn't even know all this before I got into professional baking. But now, being on the baker's side, I understand this even more since I get to deal with the clients first hand and get to interact with a broader variety of cakes.
Most clients don't quite know or give much thought to the details of the cake,..all they know is that they want a cake. I'm here to enlighten you... make you wiser the next time..
size
This a very important part of the cake. A cake is meant to be shared by each and every person in attendance and still have leftovers. Y'all cake lovers are like, "can the words 'left-overs' and 'cake' be used in the same sentence?!'..but yeah...that's how it should be. Why you ask..late guests are still able to get a piece of the cake and it also means people had the cake to their fill.
This guide will help you;

This could coincide with the colour scheme of the event or the theme of the event, it helps set people in the mood.
This could also be used by the host, birthday boy/girl or the bride/groom to express themselves; their style, likes..
